Here are the packages that will be offered at Claus for a Cause. I'm sure many of you are aware that we have advertised packages ranging from $10-$20. I have had an overwhelming response about an option to purchase the digital file. Because of this, I am offering a digital file package, also.
$10.00 Pkg 1: 4-4x6
$20.00 Pkg 2: 2-5x7, 2-4x6, 8 wallets
$25.00 Digital File: ONE image on a cd with copyright release for you to print the image at a lab of your choice, create Christmas cards, photo gifts, etc.
Depending on the amount of people that participate in Santa pics at Sunday's event, will determine the date at which the pictures will be ready for pick up. I can assure you that digital file purchases will be MUCH QUICKER on turn around time because I don't have to wait on the photo lab. Once the event is over, we will contact you via email, Facebook, or this site for pick up details, and information. I suspect that 2-3 weeks will be the turn around on all orders processed through the lab.

Wowzers!!! Shirt Sales exceeded our expectations!
Dear Friends-
The shirt pre-sale has closed and thanks to you, we sold 282 shirts!! Yes, you read that right....282 shirts! Aren't you ALL amazing? Don't worry, I have ordered a few extra shirts of each size to have on hand the day of the event for sale. If there is a need to send off a 2nd order, we might be able to do that, too.
Thanks to everyone that purchased a shirt! Please pick them up at the church on November 20th, the day of the event. If you can't make it and you email Julie at clausforacause@gmail.com, she will make arrangements for you.

Save the date!
Santa will be coming to Bloomfield on Sunday, November 20th from 3:00-5:00 at the Trinity Methodist Church. Please join us as we raise money for Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and 18 Fore Life. You can purchase a picture package with Santa, create free crafts, eat some yummy snacks, and listen to live music!
We are working on making this years event even better than last year! Our goal is to provide you with a fun afternoon. I realize that many of you (or ALL of you) had to stand in line for a very long time last year. Have no fear! This year, we are trying to alleviate the dreaded "line" that you waited in last year. Everyone will enter into the gymnasium, sign in, receive a number, and head to the FUN! Tables will be set up with lots of fun stuff for all ages to do! Choose what you want to participate in and enjoy the magic of the season as we kick off our 3rd Annual Claus for a Cause! We will have a "waiting room" that will be used to wait as your number is called. When it is your turn, you will enter into the room where Santa will be waiting! If you didn't get to finish the fun activities going on in the gymnasium before your number was called to enter the waiting room, you can go back to the gym and finish.
All profit will be donated to JDRF and 18 Fore Life. Over the past two years, $4,000.00 was raised for charity!
